HDMI lead - cheap one or expensive one will i see a diference?

Hi i have a Samsung le40m87 and a sky hdmi lead from my sky hd box. I am currently using the hdmi lead as supplied by sky. The issue is i have trawled the internet forums etc to see if there is a notceable diferince in picture quality from the expensive leads. The guy in the tv shop was trying to convince me the �110 lead would get a better picture than the one supplied by sky. Yet quite a lot of people say i wouldnt be able to see a diference at all or minimal if at all. yet some people say otherwise. Does anyone have the difinitive answer cheap sky cable or expensive QED cable for �50 Are the salesmen trying to plug the expensive leads or telling the truth? Who am I to believe?

When I first got sky hd i used the one that came with it and then swapped to the qed �50 one.the picture was definitely improved although only marginally.

however,there are some people who maintain that hdmi lead quality is a nonsense as you said.

i certainly wouldnt pay �100 for one...the sales guy is on commission for selling them.
