I am thinking of buying a property overseas in america, is it best to use an american solicitor to purchase a property or an english one ? thanks

Cant give you the answer you're looking for but when buying abroad 2 things to remember, get one that speaks your language (sorted) and never use the one a developer recommends or uses.

I'm pretty sure you would need to use a Solicitor in America, I don't think a Solicitor in this Country would be able to deal with it for you
