Hi Guys,I keep getting an error message when I open Outlook up (Pop 3blueyonder.co.uk server cannot connect to the mail server 0x800ccc90) any ideas please.Keep it simple.

If you can normally get your emails ok, check the virgin service status:

Go into Outlook and have a look at your e-mail address settings.

It should be pop3.blueyonder.co.uk

The other field should be smtp.blueyonder.co.uk
