How to transfer contacts from mobile phone to pc

I have a nokia 6280 mobile phone and want to copy my contacts to my pc for safety. I have bluetooth on my pc, can someone please give me explicit instructions on how to do this please. Many thanks

You can get a USB Sim card back-up device .With it you can transfer from the card to computer and visa-versa,and can edit details in your computer.
