ROYAL MAIL - complaints to authoritative bodies?

Don't know if I'm in the right section but can anyone please tell me who I would write to with complaints/surveys etc on bad service from Royal Mail (not Royal Mail themselves)? There are many of us on my forum who have had terrible service from this firm and I need to make it known to those "in charge" as RM seem incapable of delivering things entrusted to them and equally bad at dealing with complaints. I would be very appreciative of any help as to whom I should complain to to bring this to the attention of those who might just be able to do something to bring about a better service (well I live in hope!!).

Thank you

Thanks for your response Waldo.... I will go thru the site and do the necessary but if anyone knows of the Minister for the Post office (now they've "reshuffled" them...) please be kind enough to let me know... thank you again.

It would appear it is the famous Jim Fitzpatrick, yes, Jim Fitzpatrick..!!!!!
