I don't think so. I think that if someone is "unemployed" they should work in the community for a day per week
not at all, the people really try to help.. admitedly you are more likely to find less qualified people there rather than corporate high-fliers but it doesn't mean they shouldnt be helped. As for unemployed been made to do 'public' work, does that include the sick, disabled, or just the "lazy".
Lazy - Namely the people who have sponged of the system for god knows how long.
