Music on the F Word preperation scenes?

Hello all,
I have a friend who is desperately seeking the background music which is used on the F Word when gordon Ramsays is preparing meals that are cooked in the kitched. It is playing when he is in his kitchen randomly stating ingredients....EG....."OIL....SALT....PEPPER.....LAMB.....CHILLIS......DONE!". Ha ha!
There is a pretty soulful number that is being played in the background whilst this goes on, very funky, similiar to a Isley brothers, Gibson Brothers, etc?
Anyone happen to know?
