All the answers given are wrong, the correct answer is Claud, Colorado because the city is the highest city above sea level. check for yourself if you don't believe me

It's not Kansas city and it is not Claud, CO but it is in CO. Hope this helps. Btw I don't know where you found a Claud, CO. I couldn't even find a listing for this city. I have the name of the town but I would like you to research it first. This town has an elevation of 10,430 ft.
