best hair curler

in your opinion/from experience, what is the best hair curler?
preferably producing medium to large curls - not ringlets!

Hmmm, i had a girlfriend once who sat there,staring at me, curling her hair with her finger, but they werent large curls.
But i suppose if your a larger lady, then you may have bigger fingers and be able to do bigger curls...

angel curls - you do have to put up with them looking very childish and they are bright pink! But they do a lovely curl and hold it as well. it has water in them so its better for your hair. mine ony cost �15 two years ago so prob even cheaper now!!
