New Tricks - New series? Repeats?

I've been watching New Tricks on BBC1 for the last few weeks (thinking it was a new series).

However, although never an ardent watcher of the programme till this series, I now find that I've seen the last two episodes before!

Was I imagining that it was a new series?

It is getting more common when a series ends to pop a few repeats in. Drives me nuts.

I know what you mean. I tried getting into "Cold Case" (C5?), but then they started showing repeats (most days)of old series on Sky One and I got to the stage where I didn't know if I was watching an old or new episode.

Also, I never had enough time to watch episodes I'd recorded, so I gave up and didn't bother watching it any more!
