What music video is this?

A couple of weeks ago there was a video on FLAUNT music channel alot which i really liked but never caught the name of. The song had a bit of a heavy bass line and that, and it had a really good video about a sort of like gary boy who enters a competition against a famous gary boy, where they tested the level of the sub woofer in the back of thier cars and it read on a meter. The announcer of the competition was German or something, and when he spoke the song broke off so you could hear it and then rejoined again.
I just wanted to know the name of the artist and the song, I think it was DJ...something or other. Please could someone get back to me?
