I work for a construction company as an electrician and have worked with the same company for 9 years. For the last 6 months the wages have been delayed (they should be paid weekly but are sometimes paid up to 2 weeks late and if they miss a weeks pay they don't back-pay me for the missed week). I still have 4 weeks holiday due for this year. I am losing confidence with the company and am looking to find a new job, what should happen about the wages and holiday pay I am owed? Also, what would happen about my wages etc if my company was declared bankrupt?
