i am thinking of starting a business but need to keep my name out of public knowledge as i work for another company at present.has anyone any knowledge of using a company that offers a nominee director service ?
if you check on companies house website,who would be shown as director ?
any help please....

Just get a member of the family to be a Director as long as they understand the legal implications of it. You would then be seen as a "shadow Director" and would be liable should anything go wrong
