I agree with prstanway
Last letter in name gives number in alphabet for the date,
Second letter of name gives the start date for the month.
(But why is Emma's in May and not March?)

Pse can you desscribe how you found your answer, cos the rule doesn't seem to apply to all birthdays?

the second letter of the name gives the start letter of the month jAck is April iSla September
the last letter is the position in the alphabet which gives the date so aDaM is December and M =14
