Im looking for party packs-you know, balloons, confetti, crap like that in order to surprise a friend who lives abroad, Im sending him a birthday card and would like to include a mini party inside. Where on earth do they sell these party packs? Supermarkets?

go in clintons cards. they have little packs exactly like that with banners in and party poppers i got 1 for my brother in laws 21st birthday.
