best time to sell a car

I have a 55 (2005) golf and drive about 30,000 miles a year. current reading is 39000. when is the optimum time to trade this in?

this time next year. mileage will be about right and april /may , spring is in the air and people start looking for cars.

christ... 30,000 a year?

i would seriously consider leasing
