Where a couple are divorcing due to adultery, would it be feasible, and if the parties agreed, for the divorcing couple to sell their house to the person who has commited adultery and their new partner? Thank you.

You can sell your house to whoever you want!
I'm not sure where you're coming from , but it sounds like you're asking can one partner buy out the other. Yes is the answer, and the grounds for divorce will have nothing to do with it.
