Steamed fish - Bream or snapper?

Cod was rather boring the other night so I was going to try either red snapper or sea bream, but I can't remember which fish I thought was delicious... obviously stuffed with ginger, spring onions, chilli, saki, wasabi and a bit of soy.

Is it possible to get the monger in Morrisons to skin and fillet the fish or will this add to the price of the fish? If so, how much extra will this cost?

(Sounds daft, but I can't bear to touch or even go near fish unless it's been skinned for me!!!! Kind of like a phobia) but I absolutely LOVE eating it and I CAN actually eat whitebait, whole!

Anyway, I am literally spending my last 4 on this fish.... until payday on Fri, of course!

PS. I DON'T NEED THE RECIPE FOR THIS.

fishmonger would weigh fish before skinning etc
