Approximately, how many music tracks can I get on a 1gb memory card for Samsung d600 mobile phone.

1 Gigabyte = 1,024 Megabyte

Depends on your 'average' MP3.

if they are 5MB or under you could get 200+ tracks on there ...

It's not an exact science, because we don't know the size of your MP3's

1gb is approximately 1,000Megabytes. Mp3s recorded at 128Mhz use about 1 Megabyte per minute. So 1000 minutes or 16hrs 40min. This equates to 250 tracks based on a track length of 4min. (About 20 Albums)
