had it in my arms and fingers for a couple of days now,any remedies?

Do you get the feeling like u have no control of your hand and fingers and it starts forming into an almost demented shape?

I used to get this, doctor told me it was due to my breathing, said i was hyperventilating and it caused a lack of salt through my body - or something medical like that....!

Just make sure you have good circulation running through your hands - no watch or tight braclet cutting off blood.

Defintely worth seeing a doc if it continues...!

i find throwing my arm out quickly and making the elbow click stops mine...

I believe its due to poor circulation. Work-up the arm a bit, everything should be fine.
