hi. if u submit licence and counterpart to the magistrate court by post, how many days it will take the court to post it back to me? do court will send it to DVLA, and DVLA to my address? Does court will hear it on the stated date or upon receipt? enlightenment pls.tnx

usually a week to 10 days to get it back.

tnx very much norman. one more thing, when court post it back, together with the licence and counterpart, i do received the confirmation of conviction plus notice of fine i will pay? tnx again.
