Is there any way of using a neighbours wifi network without the network key even if it is securty enabled?

Yes there is, but it is a criminal offence.
Ethel's correct. You would be stealing their connection and bandwidth which they've paid for.
Why dont you just ask them can you use there wifi network the neighbours around me share.
They can only say no.
Does your neighbour have a coin-op gas or electricity meter? If so, you could break into it, steal his money, and use it to pay for your own broadband connection
