thats ok, my husband has his own building company and he often has to hire one, but it would be far more benificial if he bought one outright. So there we have it. x

The only snag I can see to owning one is that it has to be cleaned, and I would have thought the cleaning was part of the hiring cost, so made up a proportion of that cost. Given health and safety regs, they have to be cleaned properly too, and I don't think he could do that.

You could sujest he only takes in jobs within 5 minuites of public conveniences lol. This would save the need.
