I have Windows XP with broadband cable. All of a sudden I have a problem where I log on to messenger and it says that none of my contacts are on line. However, I am talking to one of my contacts on the phone and theirs says that they are on line but I am not. I cannot talk to anyone now because it says they are off line. I don't know what is causing this and MSN has not given me any answer. Any help would be appreciated. Are there any spyware removal programs which would interfere or anything? This is very frustrating. I do have the latest version as well installed. Thanks.
