allergy tablets

hi does anyone know what my wife can take for her allergies?
we presume it is as she is constantly sneezing and has done for the last 6 weeks.
normally she would take piriton but they say not suitable when pregnant,
as does every other medicine that has ever been made (annoying or what).

this is realy starting to tire her out and get her down any help would be greatly appreciaited.

Your wife will need to speak to her GP who can advise her on what to take.

Most medicines are not advised when pregnant because they cannot test many drugs on pregnant women (not surprisingly).

Her doctor will be able to advise or perhaps prescribe something to ease the sneezing and make your wife more comfortable
Doctor job Im afraid. You could try one of those plug-in de ionizer things they worked for a mates hay fever but they have to be on in the room where you mainly are.
Also have a word with the pharmacist as something like vicks may work as it clears the passages whick may reduce the irritation.

Hi, I had same problem, spoke to my pharmacist and he said that clarityn is perfectly safe to take during pregnancy and it has helped me loads. Your wife could get that over the counter.... or if she speaks to her GP she can get it free on prescription.
