well i have heard that they have bad tempermant and i was wondering if anyone knew if that was true

Not true. Netherland dwarfs are as placid as any other rabbits.
They, like many other animals, like to socialise, so you must help them by picking them,talking to them, caressing them, etc.
Their temperament is what YOU make of it. If they bite you is because you have done something wrong.
Go on, enjoy them.

and how big should the cage be because they are so small wouldn't u use a cage that isn't that big?
