Its not on itunes and i cant get it on limewire!

at this time I can see 3 sources for "love and understanding" on Limewire - 1 is defo a fake, but the other 2 seem to be genuine enough.

it's on limewire - i've just searched with ' understanding' and 'cher' and it was there.
if you can't get it try using 'bearshare' site
