Musilm call to prayer

What is the name of the call that muslims sing when calling people to prayer.

When I was on holiday in Egypt it was the first thing you could hear in the morning and wss very nice to wake up to

Where I live, you often get to hear it in the summer, if the wind's in right direction, when you have all your windows open. It is a lovely sound.

azan ( or adhan) is the Muslim call to public prayer made 5 times a day by a muezzin (or mueddin)
