On a wireless ADSL router, a blinking green WLAN light indicates activity on the WLAN interface (according to the user guide). The wireless network is secured with a password.

If all the computers in the house are switched off, does a blinking green WLAN light indicate for a brief time indicate that one of the neighbours is unsuccessfully trying to connect to the network?
