Sorry luckyeight, don't know of any site or books but if you find one let me know. I saw a doucmentary a number of years ago about these two ladies who practiced these face exercises and they skin, face and necks looked fabulous. If I remember the exercises I think they involved sticking your chin out front and side to side to firm the neck, there where others but I cant remember them.
Yes,i remember those women as well, one of them looked amazing for her age, they used to sell their books and video on qvc.
Hi luckyeight. How about

Also I've got a video called 'The 3 minute a day face lift' by Jilly Johnson which I;ve had for years. It does work but you've got to keep doing the exercises or things go back to the way they were. Hmmm I must have a go again !!
Hope this helps Elaine x
Hi there, just to let you know that at the end of the Beverley Callard Rapid Results exercise video there is a complete work out for your facial muscles - it's really good, just make sure you're alone though or people will think you are practising for the local gurning competition!!! xx
