Im bringing up green phelgm in the morning. Anyone know where it comes from and why? Am i ok?

It comes probably from your lungs, maybe from your stomach, and indicates that your body has some foreign invader - a germ or virus, which it is trying to eject. A trip to your GP will confirm the cause, and how to treat it.
