Sending files on MSN

Hey all - I can't seem to accept files on MSN anymore like I do normally? Basically when someone sends a file it can't read the characters or something? So I have to locate the folder I want to save the file to and do it that way, it wont go in to "my recieved files". Does anyone know how I can automatically save them in to "my recieved files"? It's annoying chosing where you want to save. Debbie

in msn, go to toolks then options. now click on file transfer ans enter the folder you want to use. then click on apply or save to save the change.
