green movies are booring

so id like some help fixing a problem i have- my digital camera videos when i view them are green (fine on my friends comp) and i cannot edit them. Any ideas? Thanks.

Do you mean they're green when you view them on your computer? How are you connecting the camera?

yea everything is fine they are green while im viewing them but i can hear them still, and they work on my friends computer okay and he can even edit them

But you didn't answer the questions! Do you mean they are green when you view them on the camera or when you view them on your computer? If you mean when you view them on your own computer, how are you connecting the camera to the computer?
