I've heard a few songs, such as "dont look back in anger" but done with an orchestra! any ideas of the name of the orchestra or artist?

yeh, i heard that on the radio, its Bill Cliffton and the orcestrras name was Londons Falling

Yes it was the London Philharmonic Orchestra. I actually own the album.

The full title is " The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra plays the music of OASIS"

Yes. Same Orchestra. They play a number of rock and pop bands stuff. Google should help you.
