Svetlana sucks lemons?

Had a tough time in the pub tonight trying to explain an advert on TV recently where the song is "Svetlana sucks lemons across from me" etc etc. Can anyone please tell me I haven't dreamed this one? What was it all about, and what was it advertising?

It's for the orange advert when New York suffers a blackout and "it's good to talk but turn your phone off because your at the cinema ad" The answer as to who sings it is on here somewhere but I'm not sure who it is and you haven't dreamt it.
