ford mondeo turns over but doesn't start

i have a ford mondeo v6 estate. the car worked fine until the battery when't flat i charged the battery and the car just turns over and won't start could it be the mobiliser can u help thanks tom

Many cars now need the engine ECU resetting after changing the battery.

hi thanks for that, any ideas how i reset it. its a mondeo mk2 2.5 v6 estate.
