I have to undertake a business feasibility as part of my exam course. I have chosen the type of business - a chocolate shop franchise. Does anyone have any guidance or even a template? Thanks a lot.

Well in a few words its a bit difficult to cover all the points. But I don't see why the analysis should be any different from any other small retail high-stret type business - you need to work out who the customers types are (segment) and why they might purchase and what the average puchase might be - you need some research on other businesses - Thorntons springs to mind. That might get you half way to working out the sales side.
Then you'll need to check out the costs of running a small retial units by adding up the various fixed elements, including staff costs. Then you need to know how much the franchisor is going to charge you for the products. That should get you started.
