They can be used for multiple things.

There are some cheat devices out there that enable you to plug in a USB stick to active cheats etc.

Also the Eyetoy is USB operated. And you can also get infrared DVD remotes which plug into your USB port aswell.

it is for jungle buzz, run out now and buy it or steal it if you got no money, bought it for my son for xmas and ive laughed ever since, get a few mates round, have a few drinks if you 18+ and put it on. Great fun, Top game.
