OMG DO NOT USE IT!! Its a terrible way to loose weight and very dangerous too as it speeds up your heart rate, you may as well take ectasy as its based on the same thing!! Why not try Special K diet and use the gym!!
this is not the way to lose weight - you risk death, heart attacks, blood pressure problems, strokes and seizures... stick with your healthy eating plan and exercise every day and you'll be a lot lot healthier, sorry to say there are no short cuts
