How can i retrieve money sent to a incorrect bank number

Hi,

I made a online transfer from my online bank to a business customer. However the money has ended up in the wrong bank account. I believe, it has ended up in a business account. How can I retrieve my money? What is the process

You will have to ask your online bank to retrieve it for you. It's up to them - you can do nothing yourself. The bank are unlikely to tell you even whose account it's gone to

My bank said they would contact the other bank, and that is all their responsibility is. If any other issue arises, it is then a civil case. I hope i get my money back!!!
