In a company that is growing rapidly, and the contract you signed originally said they have the right to change ways of practice when they wish, - if something is adapted that will affect your monthly salary, can they put it into practice without any signature on your part to say you are aware of the changes?

This all depends on the way your contract is worded re any changes. Go to CAB advice sheet

http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/index/life/emplo yment/employment_factsheets.htm

and then to "Changes in Employment Contracts" which goes into detail about which ways employers can change your working situation without giving you the right to object.
