I have seen somewhere before a time table style list of the positive effects of not smoking. For example, what happens 3 hours after no cigarette, then 3 days, then a week and so on. I think it mentioned things like how long it takes for toxins to leave you're body, etc. I'm trying to quit and only on day one but finding it hard already. I think seeing something like this may spur me on a little. Anyone have any clue?

Hi Milly - congrats on Day 1 of quitting - I wish you all the best for the coming days, weeks etc.
I gave up 2 years ago and found a website that was quite interesting. Although I found the website a bit tricky to work with, a really useful thing was called the Quitcounter which you can download onto your computer. It then gives you a day-by-day update on how much money you have saved, how mang fags you haven't smoked, how much of your life you have saved etc. I still have a look at this every now and again even though I am 2 years on and no longer remotely interested in smoking again.
The link is below and the particular one that I used was called Harrys Quit Counter.

Other parts of the site also give details on how long nicotine stays in your body etc.
Hope this is useful and GOOD LUCK!!
