Im trying to open something on my ebay account and it asked me to create a password which i did, but it kept saying use instate lettering only!!!! Does anyone know what the hell that means. Thanks

Nether Edge

Could mean "use [USA] state lettering", eg NY for New York, FLA for Florida.
USA systems would probably not recognise UK postcodes, for instance.
