Does anyone know the name of the animation artist/studio that created the 'superhero' styled BBC football World Cup TV Adverts?

In the BBCs internal newspaper, Ariel, they mentioned the animation and I think, if memory serves correct, that it was produced through Passion Pictures for the Beeb. Freelance animators were employed by Passion to create the manga style.
