which is worse ? 1 cup of tea a day with 3 teaspoons sugars OR 4 cups of tea a day with 1 teaspoon of sugar each?

I'd say the four cups with one sugar each. That is 4 times the caffine and 4 sugars in total. Whereas the other is just one lot of caffine and 3 sugars in total.

Tea with sugar in is vile, but I suppose sensibly I'd agree with sair if I had to decide which was better for you. Horrible though.

I'd say one cup, as you are supposed to drink a few cups of tea a day as tea does has beneficial qualities.

Green tea is good for you. And would taste awful with sugar (in my opinion obviously). Perhaps you could try that instead?
