ITV's The Mint - just cheats?

After watching ITV's The Mint, and Make Your Play, it appears obvious that the ITV producers hold back the answers as long as possible, and change the answers to suit them on the electronic scoreboard.
Other channels have their answers stuck on and are revealed when the sticky paper is peeled off.
What appears to be happening is criminal and should be investigated.
Who agrees?

They already are being investigated.

From the time they take to actually take calls, to not telling you theres a free option, and so on
I agree that must be happening. They say that the answers are given by the public but they dont say they're the most common/frequent ones.
It becomes more obvious when "the boss" rings up and says he wants a winner!
