I received a Benq Siemens E61 today and have almost got my head round it, but I am having trouble with the music. Using Windows Media Player I uploaded a load of music, and although it appeared to syncronise successfully and the memory shows them on the mobile, the player does not recognise them and says its empty. I tried to upload using the Benq software but really couldn't understand what I should be doing, so I resorted to Windows. I would appreciate any assistance in getting the music transferred so that I can hear it.

This phone only supports mp3 & AAC formats for music, if you're using WMP then it is possible that your music is in wma format and as such won't be seen by the phone.
