Yes but i've got meniere's disease so get clinical vertigo and general unsteadiness.

Are you eating property and getting enough fluids? May be an idea to get checked out and maybe get some blood tests done to check you're not anaemic, have low blod pressure or have any other reason for it.
Sounds like vertigo. Go to the doctors and get your ears checked out for wax as it can often start vertigo and the dizzy spells.
Yes I do get it every now and then. At one point a few years ago it got really bad and just kept happening when ever. In town once I went dizzy and nearly fell through a glass window. I also felt dizzy in the shower which worried me as if I fell I would have cracked my head open on the side of the bath with the bathroom door locked.

I got an appointment with a ear, nose and throat specialist which I hated because I hate going to the doctors and more recently feel that I would rather die than go to the doctors or even worse hospital.

The specialist made me stand with my feet together and eyes shut to see if I wobbled or moved around dizzy???? I didn't and told him that it happens just happens any time unexpectant and he said that maybe it happened in the shower due to the temp of the water and then he asked me to leave???

I was so annoyed because I didn't want to go in the first place and then he made me feel like a complete idiot. I had told him it happened outside the shower anywhere and whenever and that I was only concerned about the shower for safety reasons.

I still get the problem, sometimes I fall over but most the time I will lean slightly off balance. For example I will go to walk through a doorway ...lean slightly sideways which will cause me to turn slightly too.....and then will walk into door frame ...ouch - also very embarrasing in public, I also catch my shoulder alot.
Further to the above, if they last for hours rather than seconds or minutes, you may well have some form of vertigo.

thanks , seeing doctor at 4pm . scary , i worry could be a tumour , making myself feel really sick over it all .
Yea i do, only most the time i completely blackout. I've got low blood pressure and a low pulse count though, doctors seem to think it's that with me. Ive had all the blood, ecg tests etc, and im perfectly normal 'cept for the ole ticker. It's scared me and my family quite badly a couple of times tho.
Hope all goes well at your appointment
