i have a male neutered approx 5 year old rescue cat who likes to be inside and outside, have had him nearly 3 years. he's full on fun and likes to play. im picking up an approx 5 month old rescue kitten from local vet on sat who is getting neutered and microchipped 2moro. im just curious as to how to introduce them to each other on saturday. do i try to keep them in separate rooms or just let them meet each other and see what happens?! any info or advice would be much appreciated....

Expect hissing/spitting/fluffed up fur for a while. It can take as long as 6 months for cats to get used to each other, but they'll be OK in the end!
I have four cats and two kittens so am used to this just let them meet as natural as possible let them sort thier differences out (within reason) it takes a while but they will be fine in the end!
