If its just a tidy up, a pair of nail scissors. If its complete removal, waxing. If you want it removed permanently, electrolysis, although I'm not sure how safe this is on this area

You could have permanent laser hair removal - it's very effective. Give the Skin Laser Clinic at the Royal Free Hospital in London a call on 020 7435 7521.

Electrolysis would take years. I've had my butt, crack and sac "zapped" by a male therapist in North London. Stings a little bit but well worth it.
